Fact is without a firm number in the RNS we are left to guess. Mugs will see $2.3M and look no further. The company doesn't have anything like that amount to invest, nor any assets generating free cash to put in later.

It's all hopium and that has never funded anything.

So if there is more money going in, you - the mug punters - will be funding it.

And of course the bloated overheads and PLC costs, including Sath's £35K a month.

My £3M cash to be placed out was £1.5M Atlas, £500K JS, £1M working capital assuming Recyclus is somewhere near breakeven (big assumption). So yes, my £3M is a bare minimum cash to be placed out.

And then of course there is a blizzard of additional confetti for JS and Atlas convertible.

I do hope they are getting (and following) advice from a good Insolvency Practitioner. That balance sheet from the full year financials was the most technically insolvent I have ever seen. And I've been in this game a while.

No shares or warrants can be issued at a discount to par no matter how deeply discounted to market. Par here (without a white flag raising capital reconstruction) is 0.1p. They tried to issue some shares to Atlas under the death spiral at below 0.1 and I and others got the Regulator to force a correcting RNS.

They need to raise something like £3M against a current mcap of £2.5M. That would be more than a 50% dilution. More than 1 new share on top of every 1 in issue.

I maintain that will be the greatest act of escapology since Houdini was pitting on a show a century ago.

I wouldn't want to be holding either before, during or after that.
