To put you straight, I have never met nor even spoken to Tom Winnifrith. I am a subscriber and commenter on his site but that is where our association begins and ends.

As for trashing this share, all I have done is point out the broken promises by St Sath and highlighted the fact that if you do your due diligence as i have done you may find him not to be the successful entrepreneur and alchemical value creator his disciples believe he is. Sath himself has done the trashing with his serial non-delivery.

If you believe him this time, then the best of British luck to you.

I think the FCA will file the current Prospectus alongside the one for the RG1 RTO. The timeline you should be working to is "never".

When Skylake (Sath) monetises those, £420k per annum (almost A THIRD of the market cap) on an ongoing basis it will send the shares into free fall - if it can even find that sort of liquidity to sell into.

They sold most of the CRML shares by 30 June and almost all by 31 December. It's all in the results announcements, you just need to look at the balance sheet and related notes.

Final disclosure that all but a very tiny amount of CRML shares had been sold by 31/12/25.

The £3M / £4M placing is going to be massively dilutive even if the FCA wave the prospectus through.

You don't need to guess, you just need to read the accounts.

At 30 June 2025 they held 72,585 CRML shares with fair value of £189,000.

It's all there in note 25.

Those results are appalling.

Current ratio of 0.086 is the lowest I've ever seen get auditor sign off. By a mile.

I'm not that keen on oil at this stage of the cycle. And O&G is cycling down, there are better sectors for the longer term but may be some good individual picks for company specific reasons.

BP being one although if the yield doesn't come back up as they pay down debt I'm probably out.
