My view is that if the issue were NOT financial, the company would have stated it was not financial in the RNS in an attempt to limit the effect.

Nominal value, below which new shares cannot legally be issued, is 1p.

So it either needs to bag from here on another desperate pumperoonie ramptastic bit of jam tomorrow news, or there has to be a capital reconstruction.
