Scott, thank you for injecting a dose of realism and highlighting possible problems that may be encountered during the drill. The C.O.S isn’t 100 percent and so we need to keep out feet on the ground.

We’re all (well most of us) hoping for a huge success but we need to be aware of the dangers. We don’t want someone betting their house on success only to find the result isn’t as we’d hoped.

From experience of similar scenarios I think there will be one more tree shake. Maybe a silly rumour preceding the shake. Then it will be woop-woop time.

On your other shoulder there’s a character saying “Noob, Noob, buy some more, go on. It’s the chance of a lifetime Noob. You could always sell a few when the drill starts. What have you got to lose, Noob?”

Trolls and bored small time traders filling time.

I think you’re giving them too much credit. I don’t believe they, in most instances, have any impact on the SP, they’re mainly trolls.

The tiny trades aren’t what they appear to be. Very often they’re down to Algorithmic trading. Very often it divides large sales or purchases into smaller segments. Sometimes, but not always, to conceal larger trades.

The company have said the following so hopefully the delay to appraise will be miminmised;

“ The drill rig is larger than originally contracted, although at no additional cost, and is suitable for drilling 6¾" appraisal wells.

“This will allow the company to move directly from exploration into the appraisal phase, saving considerable time and money in demobilisation”
