Yes, just checked and it’s not cheap but would probably be £150 in a London restaurant! Everything in life is an experience is how I view things as I’m getting older. Be Jew it as a bottle of red and it’s expensive. Take into account the grape and the expertise and the year etc and the memories it evokes and it’s cheap. A cheap bottle of Blossom Hill becomes expensive in comparison

I much prefer New World wines. Once I asked a French sommelier to taste a New World red that I particularly enjoyed during a wine tasting. He took a sip, swirled it around, and spat it out. I be asked him what he thought and he said with a smile, “the only thing I enjoyed about that wine was spitting it out.”
