I don’t think his primary motivation is to de ramp. He’s a wind up merchant. He’s bored. While he’s waiting for news or sp movement he’s passing the time of day by winding people up. Sometimes it gets personal.

This is why shares like HE1 are always so exciting. The possibility that on a confirmed discovery they will be bought out or at least a JV will occur. Then many fears regarding future raises, etc evaporate.

Not saying that’s what I’ve done with Pred, by the way. More’s the pity

So this would suggest you conduct thorough research into a companies management team, prospects, country they’re working in, etc, etc.

Then when you’ve identified such a company you get in early and hold. Don’t watch the daily sp movements unless you’re trading and you’re reliant upon the money for your living. This approach has served me well over the years.

Some of you buy and sell shares so frequently I can only begin to imagine all the paperwork your accountant will require. I hope you realise that in many instances it’s not sufficient just to work out an average purchase price.
