@Scousemouse could you clarify what you mean re not working on properties past 30 June? Is there somewhere I can read about that?

Weird one to short. Outlook is better than the last time SP was at this level.

Usually, with a drop like this, you can see why it happened, even if you don't agree with the market.

But I'm struggling to see what was said here that shouldn't have been expected, given recent updates and guidance.

Based on public info, this looks like a steal, even giving consideration to the macro headwinds and bad vibes.

What worries me is what we don't know. Has the new CEO got all the bad news out early, so it's onwards and upwards from here? Or will it come out later in the year in this review?

On balance, at this price, I've taken a modest position.

Didn't think there was much (good or bad) for BME in the budget. Higher minimum wage will be a drag but should have been priced in.

The direction from here is really on BME leadership, not the Govt.
