The Microsaic team were delighted to welcome Guanghui Han, Zhouchun Shang and Liqin Xu from MGI & BGI to our offices in Woking yesterday.
We had a fruitful meeting, discussing potential projects and collaborations between our organisations. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and explore ways to work together in advancing our respective fields.
Thank you to our guests for visiting us, and we look forward to exploring exciting opportunities for collaboration in the near future!

Given this is mainly owned by a few holders and they will want to do a deal it’s not a dead duck imho.

It said restoration of listing at 1pm
It hasn't said anything has fallen through yet as the company has said NOTHING
We have some serious knowledge on this board
We feel sorry for those that have been spiked into this company and look how I got it right saying it will go easier .
Are you lot the same posters who said at 10p placing coming next week or two at 6/8/10 p ? Only a few months ago .
(Glad I took no notice of that . )
Thing to remember is we have been recognised by the best healthcare provider in the world as having a WORLD class product .
If any of you can give me one good reason why our product will not be used by our NHS and others then I will sell up tomorrow!
As I see it the only mistake is using the Riverfort facility ,but it’s only a few million which shouldn’t take long to clear given how many we are trading a day.
If contracts and or grant funding come through then I hope Mr Budd cancels the remainder of the facility .
IMHO the company should have done a placing and open offer to holders they would have got what they needed and the open offer would stop the shorters ,as the danger would have been a contract hitting the screens and a spike on the back of it would have hurt them.
And for the 100% GDR posters who sympathise for me please don’t !
14m shares have traded this week so if the same happens next week then no long drag out
Winni your spot on
less than a weeks volume
Hopefully they get a grant and/or contracts quickly and cancel the rest of the facility and that is the danger for shorters
If you look at previous Holding in the company you will see that he was part of Brandon Hill who used to be broker and his part of that holding was disclosed .
And then again when the brokership moved to Tavira his holding was disclosed
The subsequent placings etc show that the holdings are still in place ,therefore the broker to this company still has skin in the game on this stock .
And for the record I'm not saying that's a reason to be buying or selling the stock you all make your own minds up on that one .
if you follow the trail its there

Stock can be held in numerous places in different nominees and still have the same beneficial owner
However if your accumulative holding is more than 3% you have to put out a TR1
It is a fund to fund
It was done at the middle price at the time
its a fund to fund

Just read the last update on the placing from Dec its all there
Oliver stansfield owns over 5% and if you look at the last placing in December it shows he is the broker to the company
