Well so far the directors that purchased 180k worth of stock 3 months ago have now got 36k worth between them

unless they are restricted from transacting because they are inside on something then I would expect to see them buying at these levels

Only one mm left on the offer now and I am surprised we are not higher after listening to the interview last week.

I suggest anyone looking to invest in this stock listens to that interview ,the most bullish one I have heard from Mike and he makes comments about speaking with at least 2 more strategics and also comments about short term news flow which could drive a re rate in the share price .

not sure about coal being the way forward for us though other things have been spoken about and if true then we really could have a proper re rate soon if confirmed

James would have seen and known what's going on before he took up the post of Chairman and also before committing 100k

My thoughts for Monday are that regardless of what's said I would be amazed if the directors don't pile in once out of closed period

That will signal to me that things are not as bad as some think it could be

I honestly do not believe for one moment that James Black would commit 100k of his hard earned cash 3 months ago without a complete understanding of what's going on within the business and agreeing to become chairman .

one thing i would say is that the bondholders could have just taken the asset but haven't also Richardson has stuck cash in via the convertible which suggests he clearly thinks there's upside to this

the renewables business is probably worth more than the current market cap so if Conrad gets it done and the debt is paid off then what's the stock worth?

Conrad did a proactive interview yesterday or the day before which suggests things are moving along nicely so we shall see
