Never seen so many comments on this stock today which seems very odd especially the negativity by some when todays news is all good as far as I'm concerned

The Bonds are mainly with Lombard Odier

We have a 15%stake in Duyung and when conrad sells it down which should hopefully happen very soon given todays news then the money received for our stake is significantly more than our debt

We have a decent renewables business which is gaining good traction and we have sold off non core assets which have generated some decent cash .

Not sure why some are panicking as when the 15% holding is sold what price will we be ? with no debt a decent business and cash in the bank !!

My understanding is we would still have priority over obtaining a licence for our area

so no need for concern as far as I am concerned

We have some decent investors onboard with founders of BOOHOO and now we have SPORTS DIRECT as well interesting times hopefully

Makes you wonder why they would be getting involved in a market cap this size ?

I see Myles McNulty is in as per his twitter feed be interesting what his followers do

Mine is built ,coal is there ,buyer for the coal is there those are the facts that have been announced to the market.

Even If those performance shares were being sold it would have been done a long time ago look at how many were issued and then how many shares have been traded since they were tradable .

Perhaps you could explain to me what has changed with the fundamentals in the company?

Anyone who bought into this stock for what it can do from a building perspective unless I'm mistaken would see nothing has changed or has it?

Imho the stock is here because of margin calls and the market being rubbish in microcap stocks

If the contracts are there which the company stated yesterday they are then nothing has changed for anyone who bought into the 55p placing

Frustrated holders getting out or stopped out on margin but that gives people the chance to buy at cheaper levels if they wish

So we return from suspension

Personally happy that progress has been made with the new factory and are now operational and start on our existing contracts .

wouldn't be at all surprised if more were to follow now

The frustration from some holders over the suspension is understandable but you now have to look at the company based on what it has achieved and is about to do so its make your mind up time .

lets not forget the placing was done at 55p so investors clearly thought it was a good investment at that level let alone at these .

What makes you think that we wont be re-listing soon?

Why would you be looking to buy then if as you say the company has no coal and makes no sales ?

And no placing coming as the supportive shareholders will step up again if it was needed imho

The share price is where it is because of timelines being missed and a general rubbish market for small caps ,however you cant tell me that what has been done by the company so far isn't just an amazing achievement?
