Very good grades so far yet the market is not recognising them in the share price, sure this will change soon enough and once the weak holders from the placing are done .

Get an update on Rukwa next and we will be back in action with some price movement.

Hopefully they will buyers in the market after the results have been announced

Sorry but I do not agree SS you cannot get away from the fact that Jason has a 20% holding in this company at much higher levels and has supported the company with a very attractive loan.

The company owns Kabwe outright and ANGLO AMERICAN the previous owner had this with an npv in the billions.

The vendor has accepted shuka shares at more than double the current share price as part payment along with some cash.

Assume you are a disgruntled shareholder in one of his other companies but this company is valued at less than 4m and has a few assets which are worth considerable amount of money plus they have plenty of cash at the moment ..

Yes they will need to prove up the resource but once done they should be able to attract 3rd party interest to participate in the clean up and extract the minerals that are proven to be there.

Clearly there was some weak holders who took the placing who have sold at a loss but retain a warrant for a free ride imho.

Once they are done then we shall see what happens.

Richard has committed salary for placing stock in the raise so will clearly be trying to give the market positive news to get the interest back here.

Green I don't disagree that it should be sold off but if he can get it up and running and generating revenues then it will have more of a value and realise a better price you would have thought.

Green I think that Richard knows the pitfalls on Rukwa and having been here like you a very long time has been told not to spend a lot if anything unless he is certain to be able to get it operating again and generating some revenues in quick order.

He can make it happen where previous management have not been able to imho.

This hasn't been shorted at all the stock has been placed at the bid price from a week ago there has been hardly any sellers which is why it rose to 6p and was still 5-6 only yesterday

Only a week ago the stock was 4 bid so there was no discount for the placing .

We will now complete the acquisition and have the cash to actually do things which the market would have been wondering how that was going to get paid for , now that fear is taken away!

Knowing the nomad as I do they have been very strict as to what the company says and puts out in their RNSs

I have no doubt that they will have done as much DD as they possibly can before allowing any statement to be made to the market which gives me plenty of comfort.

Yes others in Jasons stable are suspended because of late accounts etc but ours were on time so no comparison there as far as i am concerned

The company is ok cash wise this only needs one big contract to transform the company ,and given who they are dealing with there must be a very good chance of that happening .

3.5p by next month sounds good

Stock is held tightly and not a big free float which is why this can move fast as seen before .

just shows how little it takes for this stock to move ,we moved up to 8p not long ago just on the mention of the deal still happening wonder what we will do when its confirmed

Given what we have been reading on this board over the last week this is a very strange move with the stock being in demand

the negativity seems to have disappeared when the stock has a good day which is rather odd

As a small holder here who's underwater I've written this off anyway so makes no difference to me but I'm intrigued as to all the posters on this board that seem to know something or profess to .

If the company can sell the fines even for the lower amount of 7 per tonne then thats over 400k for the company

The better thing for the company would be to get more positive news out confirm things and then they will probably get someone knocking on the door for a piece of the action .

Id be surprised if there are not a few looking with interest for the next few updates before making a move then there would be no need for a placing
