Actually optare did do a press release for the 18 buses but it was hidden in a rather large press release then released a rns saying the 18 buses had been delivered arse about tit but the information was in the public domain .

Yes that's correct . The accounts are from the end of July not the end of august , so the rns will be a contract win from the last 2/3 days ago , hence the massive jump in the SP .... lol .

I would believe that's unethical as it goes against the rules , if it was so the rns should state that the order forms the current order book as of the 20th of august if not the company is clearly misleading investors I for one I'm taken this as a additional contract win . But will try and contact the company .

Yes I appreciate that sales and overheads don't work directly with each other but we no that our margin is 7% which is surprising because I'm sure I read it was around 11% some time ago , if optare hit 100m in sales in the accounts it would still be fair to say they would not be in profit with the figures that have been published .

Gulp. gross profit 7% on turnover equals 5.243m overheads 10.782m needing a turnover of 155m to break even . directors pay up nice one guy's ashok loan higher (3.36) 2012 (5.2)m 2013 @ 8% over the boe interest rate all in all the SP makes more sense ever day .
