it would stand up in a court of law to say in a private run magazine the figure of xyz and before that say approximately , and I would certainly doubt anyone would purchase shares on such information without doing due diligence . but I understand how you find it highly misleading . atb.

allex it is my belief that Funding allows one party to draw down investments or resources from one party to the other where the second party does not reimburse the first party immediately but instead arranges to repay or return those resources at a later date (a bit like dfs sofa's ) 0% interest for a period of time . Loans are a debt which specifies the principal amount to which the interest rate and repayments are made on regular dates and instalments . So the burning question is , "funding" or a consolidated "loan" . IF it was a loan or new loan facilities then we need a RNS tomorrow . gl .

allex I would hope the "global corporates director of Barclays " my be more on the pulse of optares business plan than the shareholders excluding ashok of course , the numbers and information would been immaculate and to the point , yes the workforce is down and the figures will be released end of December for half year reports but the bod's have stated in more than one rns that 2013/2014 is the one to look out for .... low and behold a 23 million usable loan drops on the table . Turog optare is looking very interesting but has allex says we do need to crunch the figures but hopefully the order book is the reason for the loan .
