It's my understanding that as the 17th is a Sunday the RNS can land Monday morning as the company could be in talks over the weekend.

It really does not matter how complex the situation is if there's no RNS Monday morning there off AIM and that will be a bag of nails to sort out if there is anything left that's worth sorting...

jimmy not until the 17th of September which is 5 working days and as the 17th is a Sunday the RNS can actually land Monday the 18th at 7.30 in the morning so chill mate .

Barry it's 3 weeks the 17th of august then 4 weeks after that if no nomad has been found in time before the 17th been in shares where it's gone close to the wire mate , and a good chance it will keep dropping .

As you said if the company does well you should be looking at a higher price if you find a like for like buyer , if they turn the corner then you would receive divi's but that could be a pipe dream at this moment in time . the hindu brothers have stated they want optare to continue to make buses in the uk and will stay a plc.

hi sharky , you have to inform your share holding platform with whom your with the transfer will cost around £30 YOU don't have to do this straight away as optare wont be up and running on capita until maybe a week after, the information will be posted on the wed site . you can sell your shares on a like for like pricing . optare will keep the capita trading open for one year and then review . the DD comes out to the market at the end of June as they had issues with tech stuff . steve your wrong any paper cert will just have to be sent over to capita and you have to set up your account with them by phone or internet there is also a cost involved with doing this . you cant keep track of your share price what you would have to do is say once a week put in your sell price to capita and see who's interested . but keep looking at optares web site for posting of new orders and sales which will be posted as normal you still get to go to the agm if you hold shares and you will get the financial reports .
