The situation in Germany re:coal is a short-term fix for their current energy shortage caused by their over-reliance on Russian gas CEObaib. Wind turbines have a far smaller carbon footprint over their lifetime than coal, gas or solar power plants.

You already know why there was a flurry a few weeks ago JppJ - fracking.
Why do you have an investment here if it's "dead as a duck" JppJ?
Go and play with your crayons Andy. You're a waste of space troll. I'm not going to dumb myself down to your level of intelligence to converse with you any further.
My point AndyMcChad is that you are quite happy to invest in BP which also produces oil and gas and uses fracking. Your telling people to sell up here to save the planet therefore makes you a two faced numpty. Hope that helps.
We will need gas for the foreseeable future whether we like it or not. It’s absolute madness not using our own natural resources, especially given the current situation with Russia.
How about the environment of the other countries whose fracked gas we use Steven49?
How about this post of yours on BP. from 1st March 2022 AndyMcChad? So you invest in o&g too you two faced numpty.
"Is it just me or does anyone else try and only buy fuel from BP garages as they are shareholders and its technically like getting a free tank as you are basically buying it off yourself? #Sigma #PetrollionaireGrindset #Rockefeller"
Andymcchad posted on BP. board on 8th March 2022
"It's ironic that BP had to put up with such low prices of Oil during the height of the pandemic and now they are pariahs because the price of Oil has increased with no input from themselves.
The same people that call out O and G still use cars, medicines, plastic polymers that come from this vital industry."
