Looks like things are happening with ICON,partnerships with Joe Media and Premier Sports and also revenue of around £1.6m per annum ,i wonder if Joe Media will announce profits in the near future of which ICON have 25% of?
This guy has invested around £150,000 so definitely not a punt,he obviously has done his research and due dilligence.I look forward to future updates and contracts.

Also it is great to have RKB here with his knowledge ,research and input.

You are correct that resolution 7.1 and 7.2 both allow the an extra one third of the current shares to be issued.

Alternatively resolution 9 allows the company to buy back upto 10% of the existing share total too.

They seem to be keeping all options open.

I would advise anybody who wishes to see a copy of the resolutions then please email the company and i am sure that they will send you a copy.Reso whoever you are i have too looked and cannot find the resolutions anywhere so could you kindly reveal where you can see the resolution regarding the BOD and being able to create lets say 20bn plus further shares.

This company does have risk but the reward is huge.
Recent appointments would not join to make the company fail in my view.
Yes the complaints maybe higher than many envisage but I do not listen to constant commentary from an account that was set up at the end of September this year and every post is negative.

I SMELL A ......

This guy has been a holder a lot longer than myself who has held for a few years,the potential here is huge and hopefully the prospect of maybe new younger blood on the BOD will help to bring this forward.
The updated resource figures are very impressive and i think that in the current economical climate many investors will see this updated resource and the current mcap around £4m is attractive.
A message to BIll and the boys,please get your finger out and you will see multiples of todays price.
It should rise and settle in the next few sessions after yesterdays news.

Just to correct you there have been 9.8bn shares in issue since 6th August and the next tranche which i could possible currently being forward sold are due to hit the market on 25th August.....

I was always under the impression that any share could only be shorted to a value of .1 i stand to be corrected there.

Secondly i can only see that this has to be taken up as the volume over the past 3 days including today is something like 18bn shares hmmmm.Mr lionheart how do you assume that the mms have plenty of supply?i really do hope that you have no inside knowledge....

Maybe it is although much of a coincidence that the ask is now .25 nominal value....hmmmm

Firstly thank you RKB for your continued detailed analysis of CLP and the Major shareholdings.

The somewhat bizarre differences from yesterdays updated Major Shareholders and the previous list on the company website are if not staggering somewhat concerning.
I wonder if these shareholdings are so different why there were no official notification ie an RNS ??
What are the administration department actually doing?What are the PR department doing?
One has to wonder and be sceptical.

FG has over time renegotiated the debt very well in my opinion but why not promote the company and it's investments more?
What of the legal cases?

Let's hope that FG is for the shareholders...Only time will tell but i would impress on any genuine shareholders to to contact the FCA.

I think the January sales maybe over and the bargains may well run out in February.
