Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Surely that means 10 years minimum left
I have read that over 35k oz have been mined to the end of September this year the same figure as the whole of last year and over 5 times 2016 figure.
So production is being increased year on year.
Maybe up to 50k oz this year.
The debt restructuring should be fine as there is still at least 7 years life left in the mine.
I would welcome long term holders views.
The placing was unexpected but several contract wins
People wanting in
Angus buying 3m.shares.
Let the dust settle and more contract announcements and then let's see where the company is.
There have been hardly any shares available the last week or so.
Read the company RNS's and make your own investment decisions do not rely on others is my advice.
When there is buying pressure the spread closes and the bid and ask shoot up
Try buying a decent amount.
You cannot.
Short term patience here
That's all that is needed in my view
Angus will get things done quickly.
Why over the last few days has it been very difficult to buy?
Why is the spread so wide?
I will post next week when all shall be clearer.
All my own personal views.
The issue IS NOT dilution.
The new CEO us working hard.
Minimal placing have taken place this year.
The placing of 14m plus shares was taken by one financial institution.
The latest placing was oversubscribed.
Shares are being bought up as soon people are selling.
Small freefloat
Huge volumes.
Warrants are at 5p.
What does that tell you?
Freefloat is currently 59.75%
Volume this week is 47.3% so far
Shares running out shortly and I mean in days in my opinion.
Look at the figures.
The spread has widened.
Look at the volume.
Even with the full dilution it's huge.
It's been very hard to buy yesterday and today.
It could rise very quickly at anytime.
This is a new management regime and so a little patience is needed.
Don't miss the rise ...
Hi Brent
It's been a long-time coming but a great RNS today.
Let it sink in to the market.
Great news for the UK government.
I cannot believe the mcap is still this low.
Should be a good few days ahead and maybe more news.
Patience here will be hugely rewarded imo.
I think so too.
Update and results due.
Any news on California and this will be in double figures in my opinion.
Jim Mellon behind it too.
Will be a good week.
No freefloat and plenty on the sudelines waiting to jump in
I wouldn't even engage.
Just single figure posts.
Someone's stooge maybe???
This could be anything in the teens today.
Weekend press and Monday RNS confirmation of talks .
Maybe a rival bidder now imagine the price action then.
Just a few thoughts
Taff
I wish some would research companies.
For fellow only has 48 posts.
Padlock
Read through the RNS releases since the IPO in March and you shall find some very interesting facts.
I agree it should improve in the short term.
Plus more liquidity on AIM as Beaufort clients funds should be available from 8th November too
Look at the fundamentals here.
85% drop in the share.
An overreaction?
It is in my opinion.
Revenues increasing.
The new CFO obviously wants to be transparent and has dealt with the irregularities promptly.
Do your research on this company.
For me it us currently very undervalued
This should settle around 3p in the next few days in my opinion
Not out of the woods but a hint of a buyer and it will rocket.
A lot of buying into the close yesterday.
Looking forward to the TR1s
Banknote
You seem to have a similar tact as Londondan
Look at the facts and the interim results to CLP.
In my opinion a very decent few months ahead here.
Very strange that you have appeared from nowhere.
!!!
Good morning all
Firstly if you read through the recent RNS releases Newmount gave an advance back in July to OMI
Then their due diligence would of been on going to this week's agreement.
Basically in a nutshell they have hit the jackpot in the middle of a good rich belt.
OMIs area is over 200km square.
This week with Newmounts initial $2m and funding to production at Anza there has been an initial rerate.
I can only envisage it is the start of the rerate as the valuation here compared to it's peers appears to be tiny.
Fair value in my book is anywhere between 25p and 40p but the market will decide that.
I raised a few questions yesterday and I didn't receive any valid answers which is the response I expected.
The last week with CHAL.
CLN holder agrees to relinquish £500k of date. They could of held onto the full CLN as if CHAL would of gone under then they would be the preferred creditor.
Then we have the extension of the deadline until the 11th September. Read the court papers.ALL PARTIES IN AGREEMENT. So I would imagine that it looks very positive with my very limited knowledge of course.
Late £35k buy yesterday that is if my arithmetic serves me right around 5% of the company.
I will not post again but will return on conclusive news from NY as fortunately I have a life other than sat at a screen all day.
Each to their own..
Oh a question who is Ian.?
Dan
I have watched and read this BB .Are you a shareholder?
Were you a shareholder?
Are you shorting CHAL?
What is your agenda?
??
BZM recent activity has raised a few eyebrows The ratification RNS then the unexpected discounted placing. The fake news didn't help. Let's see what the investor call unveils on Tuesday. Also they have an interview on sharetalk booked for this coming week. The decision to a lot a possible 1.5bn shares looks to me like they could well be lining up a possible JV partner although it's just a thought. Look what happened to ZIOC with Glencore. I would say only positive news is due from now on here.
