The drug works so do some research please into the company.
These are the same orders that were announced on 4th February for January 2019.The wording of the RNS could of been better imo.
The cash balance is better at the end of year plus you have the profit from January.
Margin 85% has improved.
Costs are being cut.
If there are no sales in the next 3 months then they will have to place.
Remember that is IF THERE ARE NO SALES IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS.
Looks to me like things are improving.
Hold for me
In issue are 590m
Freefloat 32%
Volume today is 30% of total number of shares in issue.
Tomorrow and the rest of the week should be good.
A good forward looking statement on £10m orders will put this nearer 1p.
Ackers is an astute cookie
43 restaurants in Bournemouth
23 restaurants in Bristol
8 restaurants in Bath
A fortnightly update is unrealistic to me.
Monthly would be a better timeline.
I attended the meeting.
Every question asked was answered by Aidan and by Sanji.
There was no price sensitive information divulged.
I suggest some who slate this companies go along one day to actually meet the people face to face.
Other people who attended the meeting are not small fry investors. If you are not invested in my opinion it is your choice and your loss.
3 regions are being targeted and each region will have 200 restaurants.
Once they are up and running at capacity then other regions will be targeted.
The company have a plan and are very professional, before anyone shouts placing too,the guys invested in this company can deal with any extra capital required for upscaling.
This is just my opinion as I say but I think I know who will be smiling in the long run..
Enlighten us with your words of wisdom.
Just for the record the CEO has stated that the first 2 UK territories should break even in H2 this year and selling the Asian arm of the company will help fund the upscaling.
If the judgement interest alone for 9 years is taken into account at 8% then compounded you have an interest figure alone of £22m plus £21m award
Plus £19.6m cash as of last accounts
Plus legal costs award.
What does all that equate to?
Good morning
Should rise significantly.
The award of £21m
Then you have interest and the legal costs which have been absorbed in the annual accounts.
Will the judge charge the losses from 2009?
Nine or Ten years compound interest.
In the County Court the interest is 8%.
This judgement of interest could be anything from 1% over base rate to 8%.
Interesting as the claim with interest is for £40m
May not be far off that.
The judgement is 500 pages so an appeal is in my opinion highly unlikely.
Should be a good day today.
So last cash balance figure £20m
Full claim paid £40m with interest.
Plus legal costs.
Current mcap £35m
???
As the yu.group only deal with commercial customers ie business customers and NOT any domestic customers.
Just making the point
This is priced at the bottom for me and with 2019 fees paid upfront already and the company very keen to return to profitability this weeks trading update should be encouraging.
Just my view
I agree Divermike
It has been a long time coming and an age since I posted here.
Steady rises again after todays update.
Patience will be rewarded..
I would say that there could well be an RNS in the next week
Ie PFS and just after an official bid.
Just my opinion.
Looks like price manipulation to me here before news...
Things are looking perkier here.
Must be the bottom with the feasibility study due imminently.
Some posters here need to look at the value here compared to its peers.
Ironic
Read the RNS releases.
The extension date of the 17th is clearly there.
These negotiations are not simple.
It amazes me how such individuals not invested take up so much time and effort to disrupt a bb.
Into chaos over the weekend.
Nothing has changed
2 buyers for team internet #MTMY hold 90%
Current value of Team Internet???
Circa £100m
Current mcap.
Why do the same characters hit the board at the same time....
Suspicious.
Good morning all.
It looks like the market makers may well be struggling to fill any sells.
Should see 7p plus today.
Any news will see this rocket.
The presentation is impressive
Ask yourselves what are the buyers willing to pay?
A little more than the current map x many multiples.
That is just my opinion on things here.
Forward sold
Eyeguy you now have an imposter on Twitter
I truly hope that the FCA route out these individuals
I am surprised after today's news this has not moved a lot higher.
What would you consider a reasonable mcap at present after today's news £10m +?
So to 30th September 2018 35k oz had been produced.
So would you agree that considering the issues with the equipment and the typhoon they should hit between 45-50k is a this year and next year will go to full production?
It's all in the last couple of RNSs
