All I can say is nobody seems to know the day to day value of this share as the amount of free float shares is low. Nevergonnaretire Gulfsands also has assets in Tunisia and Morocco. The Russians and the Americans are talking and also the country is on its knees and Asad realises that the only short term economic resource Syria have is Oil. They will be pushing for peace now plus the UN are involved so there could well be a large peace keeping force deployed. Syria economically is on its knees and Oil is the only option.
