Nice to read some sensible posts. As I have said before Align can not come on this bb and say anything or hint at a positive or negative outcome. They own 30M shares and must still do so as we haven’t had an RNS saying anything else. I am still hopeful of a positive outcome it must be very complex and so they extensions in timeframe were predictable. Fingers crossed for us.

Best sell up Dingo you seem to be getting very stressed about this and blaming everybody but yourself for buying in the first place. ATB

Align with their close contacts with BOD have to be careful I would imagine as they could be accused of insider trading. They haven’t sold as we would know and the SP would have collapsed to below where we are.
3 month extension and we are only 1 month in. As Edzi says it’s frustrating but ranting about Align is pointless they have put their money where their mouth is whether you like them or not.

There have been quite a few large buys the past week or so. Really hope this is a good sign for us. Meetings planned for this month hoping for some good news we all deserve.

Good posts. They have another meeting planned this month so all to play for. Hope the positive momentum continues today and we get back above 1p. Some unexpected good news would make this explode and give LTH’s a reward for the years of pain. ATB

3 x 1M buys and a 750k somebody is buying big.

Basically they are still talking to the general and the finance company are still doing due diligence. Really disappointing there wasn’t at least something concrete in the RNS but there’s nothing new in that regard. They state they had meetings with the General but haven’t really said how they went and gone in to any detail. Im not selling as it could still happen but I think today was a real disappointment after an already long delay. ATB

Disappointing RNS imo. They have had a couple of meetings and that’s about it FFS. Why do they think 3 month extension will get it sorted?

I do agree with that if it’s just an extension. I think share price will collapse a little. That’s why RNS needs to state there have been some real developments like legally binding agreements not just chat going well and another extension is just to get all the complex paperwork sorted.

I really wouldn’t call that a pump after months of decline. We are just over 1p hardly a massive rise. Think people are too long in the tooth to believe the BS Twitter whispers of deal done. Still hopeful of a positive RNS shortly it needs to include real positive developments if it isn’t a deal done RNS otherwise this will collapse I recon. Align not selling any shares is also a positive imo they must be in the loop.

Looking forward to you all making 10% then leaving and letting us long term holders to get on with waiting. Do you really expect us to get excited about a trade every 30 mins lol

Being number 1 shareholder surely comes with responsibilities with conduct and what they can say and what they can’t.
If the deal was close would Align come on here saying ‘buy buy buy’ or recommend on their must have shares blog to load up on pfp quickly? I very much doubt it. Silence is a two way thing and could mean either good or bad news. The feeling seems to be bad news which would be a shame. I really hope for all true investors who have been in PFP for a long time the silence is great news and we will hear something soon. ATB
