But with the average chance of success at 43% I would imagine not many have a U.K. High Court ruling in their favour which must increase the COS considerably I would imagine. It is this ruling that gives me hope of a negotiated outcome with the Moz Government. ATB

The thing with you Buck I just don’t understand is why you go so ultra negative when you sell? Nobody can blame you for selling but you seem to go so OTT and bitter towards pfp and anybody who owns and end up just looking like another shorter and de ramper. You have sold said your piece why do you feel the need to hang around? I’ll tell you why because you are worried you Will potentially miss out on a huge windfall. Buy some Buck and put them under the mattress and I think you will feel happier. Can’t see the SP going too much lower and we don’t need to raise cash. I’ve always been here for all or nothing and I’ll still be here in a couple of years should it take that. But my fingers are crossed that the moz government will open dialogue early next year. We are also waiting for an updated chance of success which I presume we will hear about in the near future. ATB

Same. The guy that said pfp “has nothing” was invested until Friday and was happy when we was just chatting to the general and even still held shares after the Supreme Court ruling/ or bought them after the ruling LOL .Now he is not happy they are doing something firm, legal and have an excellent chance of regaining the licence. Perhaps if we just start chatting to the general he will buy back again eh Buck?

So can I ask you clever people...... I’m guessing the general is going to sell his share or maybe already has to the Chinese. IF so why wouldn't the Chinese just buy out pfp and the problem is gone and the asset is all theirs? And if that was the case what would the value be of pfp in that sort of situation? ATB

I can understand the drop and I may top up which I haven’t done for ages.
A mutual agreement with the Mozambique government would be best all round and who knows maybe first half next year we could get what we want.

If a negotiated settlement with the government comes off I see past 7p. If PFP are awarded the whole licence and some dosh well I would t like to predict the SP. Somebody with more brain cells than me may be able to work out the value.

People have been accusing Align of selling for over 12 months. ALL WRONG. All they have done is INCREASED their holding.
Then people make out all their shares are free. WRONG. Have a look how much cash has been put in.
Too many people have an agenda with Align and are just waiting to dig the knife in. Sad really.
I, as a long term holder am glad they are on board and hopefully pushing and prodding the bod to get us a resolution we will all be happy with.

Buck I take it you have now sold. But you can’t just ignore the recent director and align buys because it’s in the past quite ridiculous.

I agree the use of the word imminent is useless if the news was bad as somebody posted might as well release the news today.
