I recon we would have had an RNS by now stating no comms and the BIT claim will proceed imminently, a shot across TZM’s and Moz government’s bow. So on this occasion I am seeing no news as a positive. Fingers crossed ATB

Yes looking good, feeling like there is momentum. Just hope when we do get an RNS it is positive, even if it’s not the one we want. As long as progress is being made even slightly then that should see us continue forwards with the SP. exciting!!!!!! ATB

Yes PFP must have given them a deadline.

There are also many possible outcomes. What about the Moz government giving TZM say 50% of the agreed compensation on the quiet so they save face and PFP are finally out of their hair.
I’m looking forward to the outcome obviously as long as it’s positive!! ATB

It is my dream that one day we get a super RNS. We all put our slippers on, get our pipes out and sit down and watch the mayhem as the heard stampede towards PFP.

I can feel you’re excitement. I won’t believe it until I see a Carlsberg RNS but even I’m getting excited now. I think we must be as close as we have ever been to a conclusion and I really hope we get it soon.

It’s been 2 weeks since the meeting.

I am hoping the Moz government are putting pressure on TZM to make all this go away.

Can I ask what is stopping TZM from buying some shares in pfp before and if they make any offer of compensation so they can have a bit of the party and soften the blow? Is that legal?

The meeting was on the 24th so that’s already a week. I believe any time from now we could either hear of another meeting or they test the water with some sort of offer.
TZM and Moz government must both have taken the BIT claim seriously and done their due diligence. They will be aware of the chance of success and the size of the claim.
I am wondering if the Moz government will put pressure on TZM to get this done under the threat of giving the licence back to PFP??
Anyway maybe I’m getting a bit excited and carried away ATB

So looking at Mr Buffets post…..a paltry 50M compensation is equivalent to around 10p. WOW

I wonder what the BOD are looking for? Cash so they can move on with other projects? or do they still want a piece of the pie? It’s going to be exciting I really hope we get something somewhere near to what we deserve. ATB

Great post and that really puts things into perspective.

An offer of compensation and/or for the company could now come at any time IMO. Even a low ball opening offer will propel this into the stratosphere and good luck getting in then. I am feeling very optimistic now. All IMO ATB
