Totally. What the hell is the PR strategy here!? If they can get huge US investors onboard they're doing something right with their presentations so let's see the same efforts going into PR/comms across the board. Little LinkedIn posts by PM just don't cut it in my opinion. This isn't about setting unrealistic market expectations before anyone shoots me down. Its simply about deploying the right strategy. Qesution is - do we have one?

Maybe a daft question but at the time Mobileye was bought out it had an annual revenue of over 300m obviously we are not there yet but hopefully with a number of contract wins we will not be far off, but how long do we think it will take to get to this point?

* they will have the desired American based revenues locked in to tick that listing requirement

* by perhaps April 2022 they will have announced a sizeable bunch of contracts (pipeline announced)

* none of the investors will let this go for a valuation that doesn't mirror mobileye (only achievable through dual listing)

* only by having a presence on Nasdaq will give the company the platform it needs to convince the investment world that driverless cars are a yonks away/may not ever materialise

Dual listing

I sense that the company is exploring this right now with a timeframe of end of next year start of 2023 in their plans. Why? Simply for the following reasons:

* Aim is not and will not give the company the market recognition it deserves (even if they win a substantial share of contracts)

* recent PM LinkedIn post - indicating funding out to 2030 - provides the pipeline the company requires to get such investors onboard. If you think back to previous interviews this is what he said when asked about dual listing.

* they will want to stay independent for as long as possible to realise full market cap potential and listing provides the additional funds to do so (new contracts with all additional features/resourcing staff etc)

* many american funds they want onboard now may not invest in offshore US companies with a microcap market cap

* getting access to the best brokers in the investment world

The question is at what price/market cap!?

Once the investment world realise that driverless vehicles are a total pipedream they are going to need to find a new home for all that cash they need a return on. I wonder where they could put it? Also as the environmentally responsible investment is on the rise with much cash flowing into such companies perhaps the company needs to tweak its story to capture this more too and perhaps even more funds will look to invest

What would you suggest the takeover range would be Seeing-2020?
