Ive been in BOO since IPO.

Its made me a ton of money (relative to me) but I am always wary. One less than perfect statement can knock this for 6. I remeber one of their very early trading statements saying it would fall slightly short of expectations. Well we hit lows of around 30p . I doubt we will see that again, but a stock that always has perfection to live up to is vulnerable to large pull backs.

Nothings impossible......but no Xmas party season etc might put a dent in sales. No NYE clubbing etc. We will see. I still think long term we need to come out of lockdown to help boo.

I find it idiotic to think by being in lockdown longer would be better for boohoo. More jobs losses, less reasons to buy clothes etc

I remember being in this as far back as 2015 cant believe its still around the same price. How have they not gone bust if they havent transferred their research etc into revenue?

Try this people. For example. Boohoo has a great run up to results and hits £4. Its priced for perfection. So for an extra 10% gain you need it to hit £4.40.

Or you could wait for the inevitable pull back and catch the rise pre-results. If you say this does not happen why are we at £2.70 when people were saying £5 by end of year. Its a traders share. You wont miss the boat as it just keeps coming back to port for more passengers.

Well observed. But the fact is 50-80% can be had in quick order on stocks that are priced for the end of the world.

There are gains to be had in BOO if you buy now and willing to hold for 3 months etc. I doubt we will see £4.33 this side of January though.

Not every body is scared of a sneeze. Everyone I know, even over 70s are itching to get on a plane.

In fact the next year could be a challange for BOO to hit its usual form.

Many of its target customer base will be unemployed. Will they stop buying clothes of course not. Will they buy less clothes, I imagine so. They are not recession proof. I love this share but I am not unconditionally in love with where I will buy and hold without reason.

I was given stick too in the past inspite of being a big fan of BOO.

This year was an exception for BOO. With the likelihood of the world being normal again by the spring puts BOO back to its usual trend. Drift sideways or even unjustifinly low then rises into results. What it does on results day is anyone guess.
I dont think we will see the highs of £4.33 for some time.

I sold day before results like I normally do. If I have the money I will buy around a fortnight before the next trading statment but will sell a couple of days before.

Too many rampers on here that are blind to anything that is not Zieg Heil BOO HOO.

ITs up 5% at the moment.

NIce tight spread on IAG so scope to make money on an almost daily basis.

I am in till we hit £2 so I make a profit then will look to trade it all the way up to a decent recovery price.

Nothing wrong with locking in profits. There will be opportunities to make money as once it settles there will be several trading ranges in the next few months/year.

I dont normally gloat but I would love to hear from Castle/Whatamess.

I think its just the start. Mid term i.e 6 months its going to be higher than it is today.

Still have other vaccines to be announced. Quarantines to be relaxed. Spain, France, Italy, Greece, far east will be desperate to show they be open for the spring.

May well see a slight drop difference is people are more likely to see it as an entry point rather than "waiting" for the bottom.

If a vaccine is on the horizon and its looking so. And if we slowly get back to normal I feel BOO will fall back into its regular pattern of drifting sideways till a couple of weeks before results with and a nice run up.

I wont touch it now until then. And I am a big lover of BOO.

Why are people connecting a vaccine as beimg negative for boo?

If people can live more people will need more clothes.
