Well Bella, it depends on what's in the pipeline update to enthuse investors for future prospects, a £13m inflow before the January deadline, and - as a guestimate (without the faff of looking into the company's accounts) - £18m by the time the auditors next cast their eyes over the accounts.. If that latter one is post 5 April, PIs will pile in which bodes well for resisting a lowball takeover.

This is not the patent for AVA6103 (FAP-EXd) but it has certain features that are incorporated within AVA6103. Makes me wonder how much of AVA6103 is Avacta's work and how much is Bachovchin's.

Can we assume the Avacta website is up to date?

PNT2004 was a program (like AVA7100 is a program) using the original (pre-pre|CISION) Bachovchin FAP IP.

The candidate POINT took into Phase 1 (FRONTIER trial) was PNT6555 as [Ga-68]-PNT6555 and [Lu-177]-PNT6555.

Because it's not a CanSEEK compound? And it's looking increasingly likely to me that it isn't.

Note: The Lilly pipeline is as of (early, iirc) August so before the news about the FiREBOLT trial.

The next thing to do is to look at the patent situation...

IIRC, at that time POINT Biopharma had 4 numbered compounds and none were CanSEEK ones.

So... awaiting more detail about what LY4337713 is and, of course, an announcement from Avacta about milestone received. Until either of those happen this news should be regarded as just muddled output.

On the positive/hopeful side, four to five years since the 2021 agreement with POINT seems about right for getting the first candidate into Phase 1.

I could see at least three possibilities for pipeline development in addition to Gen 2 PDCs and Gen 3 AffDCs.

1. Some sort of diagnostic that would be used to assess and monitor patients for and during pre|CISION treatment respectively. The reason this would be useful is because the current systems are awkward, clumsy and tedious - the method developed with SOFIE to assess suitability and the following of excreted drug to assess actual dose given (cleaved) for the maximum lifetime cumulative dose calculation.

2. Using Avacta's FAP receptor and drug design knowledge to design non-oncology therapeutics, e.g. antifibrotics or antiinflammatories, licensed out for other companies to develop and market.

3. Using pre|CISION to develop ADCs (mAb targetting and FAP cleavage) as contract work for pharmas with existing ADCs coming off patent, eg. Enhertu.

Those last two would be very lucrative for Avacta.

Just needs a new fanbelt.
