The number of patients in Phase 1b will be approx 158 minus however many have been included in Phase 1a. The latest Phase 1a number II've seen is here: https://avacta.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Avacta-_Corp_Deck_Jan_2025.pdf (slide 16), data cutoff 23 December 2024 I presume (stated on slide 17).

So the number of patients estimated for Phase 1b will be 101 less any subsequent patients who may have been added to Phase 1a.

Only the three US sites are listed there as available, but the Prinicpal Investigator is Chris Twelves in Leeds. I see that the '~n spots left' is only on the website version on my mobile, and not on my laptop. I guess that number is related in some way to how many applications have been made through Withpower as I can't imagine the Principal Investigator not having any local patients.

Do people seriously believe that the Withpower website is the authoritative source for the number of patients recruited? Seriously???

Time will tell which of CBX-12 and AVA6103 will have the best therapeutic profile. With the number of cancer indications and patients, there's likely to be plenty of opportunity for each.

These patient-orientated sites like withpower just scrape the info from the ClinicalTrials site so they are generic, off-target and out-of-date. Wherever the 37 came, from who knows...

It's just the OTC activity - Avacta shares that can be bought in the US, but I don't think any ever have been.
