As a LTH I almost paid attention then remembered the other times I thought something was happening....back to thinking I have lost this one. Always hope I suppose. The day it closes on a high will be signal something might be going on.
You just can't make this **** up!

Wasn't the last placing at 6.5p? if so why the big discount. There should be an explanation as to why they are greasing someones pocket at the expense of others.
Open Offer Subject to the successful completion of the Bookbuild the Company intends to launch an Open Offer to raise up to £0.25 million at the Placing Price. If the Bookbuild does not conclude for any reason the Open Offer will not proceed. If the Open Offer does proceed the ex-entitlement date for the Open Offer will be 22 January 2016 and therefore any investor acquiring shares after this date will not be entitled to participate in the Open Offer. The basis of the Open Offer, should it proceed, would be 1 Open Offer Share for every 10 Existing Ordinary Shares. If the Open Offer does proceed then the proposed timetable for the Open Offer can be found at Appendix III of this announcement. Guessing its at the same price as insitutions....
Just mm's balancing the books. What is more interesting is the price monitoring extension, those trades when matched changing the price, in this case upwards. Very low volume today unless anything is declared later...
