The only thing that'll go towards sufficiently reviving this SP now is that they meet the £500million sell off + reduction of their admin overheads, but more importantly, restore a consistent dividend.
"(Sharecast News) - Shopping centre owner Hammerson is reportedly facing demands from its biggest shareholder to accelerate asset sales and resume dividend payments ahead of its annual meeting next month."
They've probably lost the respect of many investor by offering on Divi who over the covid period have either lost alot, or invested alot in their stock.
But you'd hope at least they'll make a Divi it part way through the year as there was wording didn't say they wouldn't.
I was thinking of typing the same thing. I know the markets have been hammered recently, but to dip by 30% since the latest RNS shows they've made a big miscalculation by not offering any div.
My opinion also email, just you put it in better words. Hopefully we see a return of a dividend in the year that will make this share more attractive going forward. HMSO shareholders have had it rough for too long.
