Considering HMSO finally hit a profit last RNS I thought this would of steadily started to recover, considering the SP being low anyway. One things for sure, asset-wise, we know its worth more than its current SP states, its just a waiting game for it to recover :|

There are many solutions to this.
RMM is wealthy, just not cash rich, which it needs help with.

Only takes one investor/fund to come about to alleviate this situ, or even a renegotiation with its current stakeholders who are financially tied.

Yep, we're still an undervalued share. Estimated to start returning a profit in 2023, any disposal made will help HMSO return to a good position earlier, though I do question some of their values applied to a few of their recent disposals...
