Onsolid - I agree, I would of thought there'd be a massive uptick, something is keeping this SP down. Hopefully we'll be getting a good xmas present from this. I've been looking out for anything "Mark Kleinman" related lol.

It's a big sale, so likely a few weeks time. We do usually get news fairly quickly, but this isn't just a "Shopping centre" stake sale.

We should be getting another quarterly update soon, last year that arrived on the 8th november...

Net Asset Value per Share - NVP is how I've seen other people call it.

The potential upcoming sale of BicVillage however will bring the SharePrice to at least back to NVP.

Dividends can come later, I just want to see the shareprice reflect it's worth.

This has not recovered at all since 2020.

It was a big mistake. Now we're in for another long run. If we dip to the 16/17p price again i might drop more in..

I don't get how the market values this stock in such a way. It was on a good recovery until they announced no dividend. I know we've had a small on since but that's it

We look a good distance now from the previous price targets of 30p+

We're down to lockdown levels of SP now which is odd.

They should really be helping the normal person. That will benefit retailers.

Unfortunately retailers haven't recieved any love since Covid, and this Shareprice hasn't recovered in the slightest since because of it.

Indeed, it is nice to see them "Go Up" but this is still no where near where it should be. This stock still has not recovered to a fair level unlike others since covid despite the sustainable structure management are doing. With-holding the dividend killed these chances of a good recovery. This minimal dividend they put forward barely helped.

I believe it's people Stop losses/Stop Gains being triggered.

This is unfortunately stable at this time. I'm waiting for this to start uplifting again - whenever that happens again.

Still miles off where it should be. For now we just seem to be sticking around this value with the odd ups and downs.
