We know they are already producing at or slightly below "dew point" so there is now more notable condensates/liquids being produced. When you shut in production, even for a few days, the banked condensate around the wells and being banked in the reservoir stop being flowed out to surface (because of the shutdown) and it accumulates in the bottom of the wells, especially A4 well.

When you start up production again, you have a bulk of liquids to clear out to surface and that reduces the gas to surface, it can take days for that flow to normalise and the bulk of the accumulation to be flushed out to allow more free gas production.

are unlikely to note such partial delays from this or anything related to ONYHM, in fact you you find "national entities" are rarely noted in any RNS, unless a mention is simply to thank them for their ongoing support etc etc... There are reasons for that.

Problem is most Pi go on the written, either because that is all they can go by or that is all they want to go by, when actually much of the important stuff is between the lines or the unwritten, each to their own and all that jazz, to try and get the edge I stick with using what I have to read anything between the lines/unwritten, and it has mostly stood me well.

I do NOT short any stocks, never have nor will I start, as for gas futures, they are whatever they are, they can change in a heart beat if there is enough of a butterfly effect from anything related globally, likewise if there is no real shortage or issue then prices will just do their daily fluctuations. It isn't rocket science.

gas is obviously not as detrimental, but if it is already in communication with the existing drainage/well, well/s, and you were able to see that with downhole long term gauges, then you are "already" drawing from any such extension, meaning it would not be virgin, it would be part or notably drained too.

It is far better if they have extension that isn't in communication, and the drill bit can only ultimately prove that.

Hope, enjoy, and enjoy the lower bills if we do get a decent extended warm spell, as with millions of others, and it isn't really a prediction, the jet stream is dictating it in realtime.

No SWING as you put it Simon, as said too many times now, that I couldn't have been in support of Angus anymore than I was at the start of SLBY, but with everything they have done, poor management, desperate debt, bad drilling decisions and massive cost over runs, Forrest-gate, and the Mad Mercuria deal, which was insane to be given a loan with all associated costs, and give them 8% of gross revenue for the field life after payback !!! mental.

So no, they do not have my support for these reasons, though as also said before, there will be money to be made, it is just cherry picking the moments.

Nope I used it yesterday no different to today, the futures DAILY is pointless, too volatile, but taking a longer average gives a more general view, and I do not see the uplift today as something to boast because of the volatility.

As for mask !!!! I couldn't give a fek if you think I have a mask on or not, always amazes me how paranoid folk become where money is involved lol, it isn't healthy,

It is pointless putting "every" daily swing on the gas futures, of course they are going to fluctuate, that's what futures is all about, but for the purposes of applying any value to Angus you need to look more at the weekly into monthly averaging.

Daily can swing 10, 20% EITHER way, But then I suppose it give a few something to hang on to in hope.

It was me that posted on their twitter feed about the fact they ran the wrong guns last time, as soon as they put the images up, and low and behold a few days later they RNS'd exactly that, strange really, looks like that ermmmm experience within the company is not all it is cracked up to be ehhhhhh

From my extensive industry experience, including perforating, I really doubt they will find anyone to take them up for running 7" guns, the interval is too shallow and the volume of this very shallow well is too small.

Add to that, the HSD guns require a decent level of hydrostatic pressure to focus the individual jets that create the holes, and there simply isn't anything like sufficient to do that.

Also the pressure wave dissipation needs distance and volume, and simply this well fails on both points to facilitate that.

Also it is about as likely to have any oil of worth as I am on winning the lottery, waste of time & money is the likely outcome.

Looks like the gas futures has stunted with this Indian summer we are being hit with from off North Africa.

May take until more like end of Oct to see steady and stable at or above 100p.

Honestly, be glad they are where they are, I have witnessed too many outfits during my time that are held back or even rejected for years, not months, sometimes simply because a face doesn't fit, or offends one of them which is easily done if you are not fully accepting understanding, or doing as they do.

Months is nothing in terms of timeline out there, it really isn't, as said, be happy it is ONLY that.

All I can say, is if I was you with your personal view, I would simply sell and move on.

Char isn't some major with all the bells, whistles & might to drive through anything they want, it is a tiny little minnow swimming in a shark pool, and had the good fortune to hit it right offshore, regardless of who is on the team, they will be navigating through this and scraping against plenty of rocks, but as long as they get through the other side without sinking it then great.

Personally I think they have done well and continue to do so, along with adding to the greater picture with the new onshore potential.

And yes, I believe that they will make it through the other side with massive potential for holders.

I have not promoted it as some fairy tale, simply applied my industry knowledge and experience o what I see and hear.

I would say a good chunk of posts over the last week have been just that, whinging.

The Company hasn't dropped an bomb shells, backtracked on the greater plans, if anything we have plenty to look forward to with the onshore drilling campaign that is to come, and that really "could" light a decent fire under the SP/MC and really help apply a decent baseline for the much greater offshore element.

I really do believe we are in the calm before the storm on a few fronts.

I agree, we are talking the same for much of it.

There is no disputing that information updates are thin and far between, but virtually every HC stock forum goes through the same process, and I have seen companies being "over" giving with their information, and the reality is it always seems to just raise "MORE" questions, and more ammo for the trolls etc.

Basically we know what is coming, we just don't know when "exactly", but as said, all are back at desks and hopefully things will be a little more awake than recently.

As said before, anyone seeing ermmmm "timelines" as some form of deadline are not realistic to where they operate and the industry as a whole.

No I wouldn't say "happy", but then I don't deem even now as significantly late, timelines really cause so many to get whingy and twitchy if missed, and in reality they are very ballpark rather than "deadline". I honestly think as long as it is sorted by year end then personally I think that is OK, knowing how fickle and tough it can be to finalize various aspects and get sign off from both sides.

As for price today, well it shows that there was money dribbled in pre AGM in the hope to make the usual trader 5-10% or so, not today though, value will come in good time.
