3 Big Takeaways -
1) Coal is higher accessible as they are located to the port and were never low on inventories they have been using Australian, Indonesian and have only recently bought Indian coal on the 'cheap' at Auction

I've predicted 3 takeovers this year using the dcf method I have developed
I still think it's worth around the 800 million pound mark, it's generating £40 million every year
No current debt and is a cash cow
You would be laughed out of the board room if you offered 200m quid for this company
I like to buy companies that the market thinks are garbage and then sell them when the market realises they aren't
Competitive advantage seems like the only con in this company crowded space
Would like to see 6 month results though

Cement isn't environmentally friendly unfortunately lot of companies that aren't green are getting hit today
Clinker is one of the worst for the environment

It has some debt but they don't have to pay majority of the debt back until 2023 if you read the annual reports their website is shocking so I wouldn't use it

If you read the proxy number 10 special resolution I'm unsure if it means share buybacks or it means allow directors to buy shares

Real shame about the decrease today didn't think the update was the worst thing in the world
One of the reason I didn't invest is because there doesn't seem to be a competitive advantage
The industry seems to have a lot of small players in the market
Will do more in depth research tonight will be could to see results in a couple of weeks
Looking at Iomart group and redcentric which I think are in the same industry they seem like good plays
