Hmmm..worrying bit apt comparison FS

7 milllion shares sold in 4 trades. Maybe Packwood is offloading more. Do you seriously think someone makes such trades based on Bulletin board posts alone..feckless. It is far more likely related to the failed delivery and growing possibility of dilution.

They obviously haven’t read the same RNS’s as Crisp or disagree that lack of RNS means things are progressing swimmingly

Very vague..even the JLP FD who has the courtesy to respond to shareholders won’t elaborate.

I presume further afield is still within the 14000 hectare?

It’s a bit confusing because GLR RNS 3rd Dec mentions 3 objectives (no definition on what phase means). A short, medium and long term. Only long term mentions exploratory drilling, but JLP says phase 2 is in virgin territory.

Very wishful thinking I know..

It would be good to get an update from our company in this regard

Do some really believe that the 5 month “hope” was not met because they are waiting to drill the intermediate/deep to secure a deal, and then do you think this will be achieved before the 2026 year end??

DC..this 1p was around the brief volatile period in which Packwood dumped a lot of shares. I wouldn’t read this as positive sentiment, more likely orchestrated. Any new investors buying around then probably feel quite miffed

You couldn’t make it up…

Most of the last 6 weeks, “moaners” said they would hold back posting to let sentiment build for the 5 month “hope”., allowing unfettered, glorification by those that worship at the altar of CB.

Didn’t do much good, because basically the market doesn’t judge this by what CB says but by CB’s lack of delivery.

Nothing but vague warm words, a hallmark of our CEO.

Take for example..

“ The Company intends to test both deeper exploration targets”

This was Dec 2024 half term report. We need a new, forthright, full time CEO

Yes Chrisp.. a woman from Cooperlemon said sept 2024 on a podcast around time op license was granted. CB was on the same podcast and actually corrected her saying it would be sooner, taking about 2 to 3 months

Agreed flipper..there must have been some substance behind the “hope” but it looks like the preferred sale at least is likely to have fallen through and they are faced with the more complex option of pulling together a dogs dinner JV. This may require some funding they do not yet have …hopefully Kamativi will come to the rescue instead of a further placing

Well CB has proven himself in acquiring assets with good potential but the company is failing to bring them to fruition. It is time to hand over the mantle to a full time dedicated CEO and beef up the board with more project management skills. We can’t carry on like this without facing the normal dilution path that plagues junior minors

If Luansobe is in some sort of gridlock, let’s hope Iky is right (about Kamativi I presume) otherwise our cash position becomes increasingly fragiile

Well it sure looks like Hope has become hopeless or even hapless. We approach 3 years since the OP license was granted. Like his oven ready, mining by Sept 2024 indication CB has once again proved disappointing.

Talking of hope…let’s hope Zambia does not revoke the license due to inability to materialise while eating substantially into the 10 years license

Good morning

Just to be transparent about my interest, I am a GLR shareholder who is trying to understand the cash flow that will be due to GLR from the Molede collaboration agreement. This board seems to have some papers with good in depth knowledge and I would any input.

In particular there are a few factors that come to mind. mind.. if I understand correctly in terms of 23.75% revenue distributed to GLR - this will be after cost recovery by JLP, and will not include processing profit. Also revenue will ramp up with the two modules coming on line this year.

So my specific questions are:-

1) when will GLR likely start receiving revenue and what will be the initial revenue?

2) when the two modules come on line (by year end?) what revenue can GLR expect to receive?

I do appreciate there.was some unhappiness about the collaboration so I hope this post is not seen as intrusive and annoying. I guess we all. Hope there is some mutual benefit.
