I doubt many on this board do not value the assets and credit CB with his foresight in acquiring them. Moneyman has raised the quite valid point though as to whether we have a sufficiently dedicated ceo/chairman to give the assets with licenses sufficient time and attention.

No, the point on size if asset is well made but also frequently made. However the plan to use local companies is recent news so the reservations arising from the Star Zinc debacle may affect market risk assessment, particularly as this was brushed under the carpet

Star zinc is not a reassuring example of working with local companies. We were never given an explanation of the failure and whether this is just a write off. What confidence will the market have in a. k..Tu arrangement with local companies when we got shafted previously without explanation?

Shareholders are impatient because of the raised expectations set by CB which are never delivered. This affects faith in the company and the share price..so yes CB does do things wrong

Hopefully we will also hear about Ka..tu mining licence within the next few weeks. Will we need time for an infill drill program as noted previously? Perhaps (wishful thinking !) there is a buyer or JV lined up so that we have a shorter path to a decent monetisation. Either way please spill the beans CB

Actually I think they are struggling to get a decent sale on the two licences and are facing the reality of trying to develop a plan with multiple parties to get the operation going. The question is whether a sale would have been more likely had they already appraised the rest of the INTERMEDIATE deeps. I don't think there will be a worthwhile offer on blue sky potential of full deeps and we should retain them for appraisal when we have the financial security following a big deal on Luansobe.

It's almost one year after the OP license was issued. If it can't be developed until intermediates are drilled why did they not anticipate this? Is it 6 to 12 months more before we get a plan then?

On the contrary, when this turns I will be very happy. I do believe it will multi but maybe not from this level, particularly if it does not happen this year. Luansobe is key.
