That's the problem. They're happy just drilling and placing, now they've expanded their portfolio there will be even more of that. So I expect us to go much lower over the next year. Probably get rinsed out (again!) They seem happy just with their salaries. Maybe new management is required. Placing price never seems an issue with them. They get their money for their next project, which keeps them in a job.

hunch to explain drop is there's a placing on the cards.

42m was a roll over, so would have no impact.

There seem to be from last December 500 million warrants out standing. A lot seem around 1.25 to 1.8p. That's a lot more dilution to come.

Bit harsh being filtered. Share price has had a 99% drop over the last 8 years. Nothing completed. Acquisitions are fine. but why at a share price low? Warning this could be another rinse and repeat cycle. I've been in one already. Soon be a billion share in issue. Probably 4 billion in a few years time. Then what, another consolidation. Just bought some more gold potential. They've sold gold mine recently. So why go into gold again. Place, drill, place drill, place drill. Do you get the picture now?

I read PJ's involved in these acquisitions. Nice way to average down.
