What's more of a disgrace is Mick's still running the show. He should of gone ages ago.

Most recent buyers are now over 50% down already. Placing is normally at a discount to market so at this rate <0.2p. Don't forget they have no shame. Remember the 1.2Billion @ .025p. THR well over 99.5% down!

I think this is to bail out Micks cronies, PJ et al. They've all been selling down. Take part in deep discount placing. Inform market after placing of their holdings and get some very juicy warrants. Lowering their averages to well under 1p. IMO.

Where are the people who said they are funded until next year?

Placing @ 0.2p flipped at 0.25p drift down to 0.2p buyers under 0.2p. Three months time placing at 0.1p. Then 0.08p ...
consolidation. New bunch of lambs to the slaughter saying low market cap good value after 2nd 99.5% drop and so on.

It's been like that for yonks. The placee flips them needing a quick 10-15% which the nearly always get. Then the price drops below the placing price for a while and they're hoovered up by the patient PI's who think they're getting a bargain. But they're not because there's another placing a few months later at half the price. The consolidation hides this as punters see the resources and go on about the low market cap. This has gone down 99.5% since I've been watching (2011). It's all water under the bridge. Mick living the high life will continue for some time yet. IMO.

Don't forget the cosy relationship between NED's and execs. It's like the old school tie. They're not going to sh** in their own bed. So this will just go on and on. Next year, lots of placings, highly dilutive. Then another consolidation. Rinse and repeat.

Yep they did but, that was on hype, PJ buying loads of shares. No mining and making real money. Can you rely on it happening again?

Highlights:

-- Thor has raised a total of GBP300,000 before expenses through the placing of 1,200,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.025p each with new investors (the "Placing");

I think they're going for a 99.9% drop in share price. Well done Mick.

There's seems to always be a new bunch of lemmings to take the flipped shares from a placing.

I remember when it went below 0.1p a while back (before the consolidation), I think there were placings @ 0.02p s**t loads of shares. I expect it will happen again.

They did buy some resources off PJ for 0.85p a while back. It could be said to help him out of his paper loss.

AA a placing is inevitable, look at their history.

In Jan 2011 this was 75p in today's money (there's been a 25:1 consolidation) now 0.4p a 99.5% drop in share price. That's something to be proud of!

I think you're in cloud cuckoo land. This year hasn't long to go. Early next year for placing IMO. Mick don't give a monkey's. The share price is down because all the company does is drill and place. The placee knows they'll be able to flip their shares for 10-20% and Mick will have some more money for drilling. The mug punters will pick up the tab. It's been going on for years and years.

I thought 0.4p for next placing, delayed by the money from Aus Gov. Now it's looking lower than 0.4p. Wouldn't be surprised @ 0.2p now.

It's best to wait for the placings before topping up here. Normally they're at a discount and the price follows after the flipping is completed. Although this has gone down 99% since I've been watching. You can't say it will not go down 99% again from here.
Rinse and repeat. I've seen quite a few come and go here, spouting how it's going to 10 bag etc.
