That's more plates to keep spinning. More drilling, more placings to fund the drilling. Same old story. Nothing seems to come to fruition. Unless their plan is just to drill for the rest of their working life. That's what it seems.

That's all this company does, drills holes. It might have funding for this drill. But it brings nearer the next placing. Nice low stress lifestyle for the directors keep expanding the portfolio, never finishing anything off. Place and drill. So no chance of a placing when it was 3p or so. The market knows there's going to be yet another placing, probably at a discount. That's why they're selling. IMO.

There's bound to be some nasty discount placing.

If they're looking for funding, let's hope it's all debt. Any equity will be a disaster at these prices.

The 44k sell doesn't look good.

I see it as if they need money for project financing, the institution is going to want it's pound of flesh, low placing price so they have a decent stake or a guarantee that they can get shot of them for a nice profit (10-20%). Many placings I have seen are much lower than expected. That's where I get 0.4p from.

I thought that @ 2.25p look where we are now. Still reckon 0.4p on the cards.

In 2011, these were 75p new money. It wont be long until they've gone down 100 fold.

If there is to be a placing. It's not going to be higher than the price of the day. So down here it'll be a disaster for current share holders.
