This was every day since the day news came out . More selling trades than buying trades but price kept rising for these four days so definitely institutional buying happening

Today is going to be interesting. Half of the yesterday's trade done in just 1hr 45 min That's crazy. i was checking trade since the day before news came out. it was average 400 a day on the day of the news , it was 3778, nearly double, 26th it was 6987 .on 29th 11755 trades that was nearly double again and today look like going too be 18-20k trades

There is not much volume in selling check 15 min chart and you will know

Better sell in from trading account and buy back through ISA then let it ride

Guys, 1000% up in just 4 days. This can't be based on retail buying. This much force is only happen when institutional buying is happening behind the door. HE1 had never much institutional holdings and now they want slice of it so don't sell your hard earn stock. Sell only small percentage of your holding if you really want to otherwise keep holding

Best way to compare share price, From2020 to 2023, outstanding shares were as below.

no of share increased is roughly 25% from 2020 level and share price was 20 P during 2020-21 period so if we consider equity increased with business prospect, back in 2020-21 all business was on paper and no results but share price was approx. 20p average. Today we have better business outcome and something constructive came out on which business can be build solidly. So if we consider equity increase of 25% , share price today with better business prospect should be around 13-15 P which is more reasonable.

Volume is higher than yesterday so definitely open higher next week, guys get in today before market close and hold it don't sell all holdings. Keep core holding .

HE1 has cash held @ 1 pence per share and share price is just half of the cash balance. No brainer. Buy

I am sure warrant holders will not exercise @ 1.20P as below detail for CLN says future exercise price before July is 1.00P for CLN holders so warrant holders aren't mad to exercise above market price and even future lower price. ( See Below)

On 6 July 2023, the Company announced that it had raised £500,000 from a long-term shareholder through the issue of convertible loan notes (the "Convertible Loan Notes" or "CLNs")

The Convertible Loan Notes carried a coupon of 6% for a term of six months from issue and were convertible into Ordinary Shares at 1.8 pence per Ordinary Share. The Company has extended these CLNs to 4 July 2024 with a revised conversion price of 1p per share. Interest of £30,000 for the period up to 4 January 2024 will be paid to the subscriber and interest of 1.25% per calendar month to 4 July 2024 is payable each month in arrears.
