The losers in the game...30 Apr 2019 18:09
have been many. Back in the day when I first invested under MA regime I was almost brand new to the game and I remain very much a novice. I was so much a novice I took note of a tip in that old newsletter RHPS and threw a few hundred quid into the company.
Over time I had email contact with MA and also some telephone contact though the written word was more understandable. Emails later became a little odd as if someone else was writing them and not too long after that things went very much pear shaped and having invested a lot more over the years I was gutted to have been taken in by the prospect of multi billion $'s worth of assets at Kabwe never mind the additional hoards held at other old prospecting plants. With new technology we were quids in - BUT OF COURSE we were not. The important plant reported to have been built never existed.
Along comes our knight in shining armour and telling us not to worry as copper was no longer the flavour, instead zinc and lead were what we would process using the latest tech and we would be worth billions again - first though we needed to cut our cloth so we accepted the 10:1 reduction in our shares on the grounds it would be worth it. We then later were given the choice of warrants and some of us actually took them. So we were going to be rich - why? Because AB had informed everyone we were on track and to make it better we had another mineral Vanadium which was a by product of the zinc and lead. Boy oh boy the RNS told everyone how good things were - we ignored AB's past records on company's house website as he had turned the corner. He gave us photos, took to twitter and even a drone video of our prospects.
All reported publicly and all seemingly a pile of 5hite. - In between times timescales were broken throughout - people had perhaps foolishly remortgaged, took out massive loans - (everything we know we should not do) - as this was reportedly the goose to lay those eggs.
I was part of the initial BMR Watch and spoke with the company and I was well and truly taken in. I did not take out loans and such like but poured a good bit of money in (I am not a wealthy chap so it is all relative).
Foolhardy - yes I am. However, this was something reported in a regulated way to be a humdinger of a prize.
Whilst I believe that money is now long gone, it would be nice to get something back.
As for scheisters - well they are part of the underclass that will reap what they sow in the end - or at least I hope they do.
I cannot condone attacks on his family physical or otherwise. Nor can I condone on him - but he deserves being named and shamed in the long run if only to protect others for falling victim to such schemes.
