There cannot be a jobbers controlled decline as this would be a false market which is strictly policed. Furthermore the jobbers are in competition and make money on turnover. These conditions are anathema to them and I think they deal in hundreds of securities and tiny counters like this one is small potatoes and not worth fiddling with.
