Drawing on knowledge from other proximate drilling campaigns in the Patterson Ranges, we are now expanding our exploration efforts in the coming weeks and this funding is to cover this. This placing significantly boosts the Company's balance sheet and allows us to bring in expanded drill programmes at Red Setter and funds a soon to commence drilling programme at our Cottesloe project to the south of Red Setter."

Richard Poulden, Wishbone Gold's Chairman, commented, "It is very positive to see these sulphide observations of chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite within the current DDH1 diamond drillhole, that started at 57 metres and are repeating downhole. We are currently clearing further drill pads in the area and making preparations for the upcoming heritage survey that will clear a significant further portion of the project area for drilling. I look forward to further positive results as we target the ~3km strike of the magnetic models."

Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: "The results of the test work are considered typical of metal recoveries for deposits on the Lachlan Fold Belt. The Ascot overall gold grade has yet to be determined, so metallurgical work here is still at an early stage. The new report will be used to update the Bushranger concept study and was necessary to further advance the Racecourse project. We are pleased to note that there are no significant penalty elements and concentrate is regarded as clean and saleable.

No test work has been directed specifically at molybdenum recovery. Some nearby mines on the Lachlan Fold Belt are recovering molybdenum and, in one case a new circuit has been installed specifically for recovery of the metal. At Bushranger, molybdenum recovery will be disregarded for the concept study for now but could make a contribution to a future mining operation."

370mtr of mineralisation so far on hole 3 and 384mtrs on currently paused hole 2. We get the grades we hope for throughout and we are laughing our way to the bank.
