SP goes down 4% and some people soil their undies!!

Fair enough I'm just putting my concerns across. I'll come back in July and if no permit I'll buy back in at 4p.

So the Suspension on mining permits was back in Nov '22 that is a long time. So the queue for permit applications must be long since the lifting of the suspension in March and the Malian authorities will have to decided which applications to process first. They'll be looking at more near term revenue generating ones to start with. They won't see a penny from Cora until 2027/2028. I do like the company and will buy back in but I just need to see less risk first.

I've totally sold out of this share now but I did treble my money. I just don't trust the Malian government. Look how they are shooting themselves in the foot over the Barrick dispute, the money they are losing monthly. I just can't see a mining permit being sorted for cora anytime soon.

Well I stayed invested with Sareum for over 5 years and the share price went from 0.0025p to 9p and made a ton of money. So sometimes patience pays off massive.

I am amazed by this and loading up ready for the next 12 months.

People can wait for 2.5p then news drops and it's above 3p in a flash. That's when you kick yourself and think why was I so greedy!!! Ha Ha

This company has regular news announcements so the move upwards can be any day now.

My main worry is the permit and the present Mali government.

Probably a couple of months rather than weeks.

I believe tomorrow is the 90th day of the suspension so hopefully we'll hear news in the coming weeks about the DFC grant.

The fundraise was all about mitigating risk. Cora could do it now at 4.75p or wait and hope the permit was issued in a few months and raise funds higher but what would have happened if the permit issue dragged on and they then had to raise funds at 2.5p 6 months down the line. Also Investors would be saying we want to invest now before the permit so we can pay 4.75p rather than 10p after the permit is issued .

Well the Share price hasn't dropped to the placing price like most placing announcements so the market initially likes it.

Stocktow - For Cora to continue its path it needs to raise funds from time to time it's just the nature of the beast.

Cora hasn't raised funds since March 2023 so I guess it was coming. It will probably get a few people buying on the open market as well to take advantage of the reduced SP. Sometimes a placing can have a positive impact on the Share Price.
