Valuation will be higher due to Railsbank improvement and Mines (if any potential buyer present)
If board issue fewer shares than before then SP would go up

Thats something collectively current holders could ask and urge - to be considered
As a respite

After which we know that dilution will follow anyway.

EVRH cant release content unless the artist and -or music label do not agree.
For which there could be whole host of reasons - I dont want to speculate as that will open another can of worms.

Those worried too much about SP

I was the first person to point out that - his gesture and body language will be picked by more keen eye professionals.

1. Lack of News
From October there has been 2-3 RNS every month, so some should be coming in Feb too.

2. New Contracts
They announced 2 contracts last month, one continuation of FB contract which proves that FB contract always existed. You do realise that this is post January period and not usually known for contracts whilst sterling is being decimated and no one wants to touch anything British until the entire UK is dirt cheap as a fallout of Brexit ?

3. Investor Relations
They can improve a lot but to what end ?
I dont know why they are hiring professionals - Jimmy shared 3 who have left from Shazam, Universal and another - ONLY LAST month to join EVRH for work on MVR.
They are doing whatever their job is.
I personally do not need updates but I guess your requirements are different.

4. Calling for AM to be removed
Well you do know there are many many genius people who do not get anywhere
Because of their personality issues.
EVRH if it get any where and anything in future - will be down to AM personality

5. Updates etc are consistent.
EVRH has never released news unless extremely due.
So this is not out of character, an old investor should realise this

6. Self fulfilling prophecy.
Day EVRH came out and said we do not know why SP is going down and has nothing to do with performance, it will be seen as weakness. That's what happen.

7. As for other options.
Well yes, I agree we should have everything under our belt but not that fast.
You know only few weeks ago EVRH announced that they have continued FB contract to adapt/adjust the APP for Oculus Quest. Surely that ought to be the priority,
Why not let them prioritise ?

8. Filter out noise
If SP was 22p today - everyone would be praying for it to get to 78p
would you have sold if it was keep going up 0.5% every month ?

This is very early stage investment

Its not a tax con and definitely cannot be proven as such from what you have suggested.

There are enough legal ways to save money and be Tax efficient.
If one concentrate on genuine business and increase customer base then Tax savings come automatically.

I also dont think CP is that smart to conjure an intelligent scheme, most he can do is fabricate, delay and dodge.
You think profitable businesses worry about Tax ?
They hire an expensive accountant which itself is tax deductable.

So wherever MVR stand at this moment, its good enough for Quest

Quest will be one of the top VR headset
MVR is a VR application
