Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
happened throughout the history
and always dents the momentum
Whats the worst-case scenario for this company to fold at what SP
I will wait until Lu explains the matter - if that ever happens.
anything is possible, wouldn't surprise me if he manged to sell his shares to Parry, well done if he did
RNS has handed the proof that this team and product have failed
Why didn’t you sell when it was 9p around wireless,
Suits you well
Your own greed got you here
but of course
Far easier to blame other person
2p ? Lol
0.2p would be expensive for this crap.
2p you can get if someone is cleaning their dirty money by way of SEIS etc using crowdfunding.
20K revenue business
Wants 2p per share
Value of millions
Yes do-able if dirty money is involved.
BTW anyone interested in getting a gold mining contract in Scotland before it becomes an independent new country ? Should get in now ? Anyone ?
leave it and come back in a few months
chill
Future is always bright, dont rely on others, dont invest what you cant lose and always work hard
money comes money goes...
The current plan is to inflict the useless and painful Tally app upon people equally, charge the customer £20 for its use
Which apart from being impractical, non-sensible, not customer friendly - it is also in-line with the philosophy of Tally company.
Apparently there is plenty of risk-taking appetite amongst investors
who will be willing to ignore the fault-ridden app and the huge assumption that the App either has demand nevermind the ability to function
Would be investors are also expected to completely ignore the fact that this company structure is about as trustworthy as a microbe present in a human faeces
If that's not enough, the company has never ever fulfilled any of its previous commitments and never stuck to any timeline for at least last 4 years.
As a bonus, the previous team which actually caused the initial chaos has been brought back in, so if anyone missed the initial joke, can now at understand the joke and laugh at company's expense.
Totaly sales is £20K in a year, which is comparable to minimum wage earner salary in UK
Once you deduct 30% revenue platform fee either to Apple or Google, the annual earnings amount to what average free lancer with least-qualifications earns on a website like Fiverr.
If a delivery driver started a new self employed job today, their earnings would be double of what this company has managed to make in a year.
If you want to guess how much of that paltry £20K revenue is real profit, all you have to do is factor the 4 years of expenses and miss management.
The company finally would rely on your low IQ to receive 2p per share because you genuinely are an idiot and that's nothing to do with the company.
imagine the poor souls who will be purchasing the shares from us lot through crowdfunding etc whatever it has been floated.... am not sure if they are stupid or if I am an evil thieving p.o.s
Is there anything to suggest a huge drop in Napster Revenue ?
Then reducing its running cost has always been the game anyway, RN out and Napster becomes a pretty cheap purchase for MVR.
Current SP can be exploited by the company in many ways - Equitory etc should help enhance their vision.
As for Dollens, he just wants to turn into a Unicorn, that's everyone;s aspiration specially for a professional investor and since he has spoken with his money and taken directorship, this is just force of nature or force or market and nothing more.
he only came on board last year or so, even my plan is 5 years for this industry
he wouldn't take small time bets on something this complicated
plus the individuals panic everyday, while everyone knows music theatre has been badly affected.
he approved the take over of Napster as well
blessing in disguise, if this was to happen on a good news the SP would have still tanked
so better out now
The.Italian
Totally agree no point speculating and also does not matter who is selling, but if RN is selling then its far more easier to absorb as they just want to finish the Napster Transaction.
In which case Napster was cheap almost a bargain, albeit with dilution but there's an opportunity for company to buy back shares and balance the equation.
Also better now to get rid of this person before the figures, forecast and plans are launched
I meant RN selling allows NAPS to buyback at such a small price
I mean if RN really had to leave, they might as well leave now - or of course imagine if they had sold at a profit at 10p spike....
that would have also brought the SP back to 3p
so its better, who is selling, should sell now and move on.
let's bring buy-back at such a low price
MrH_m
I dont understand why are you bothered by RealNetworks Selling or downsizing their stake, that's normal in any business ?
I just think 2p makes buy-back closer to reality if ever NASDAQ was on the cards
why would it matter if RealNetworks were selling?
Anyone who has purchased should be allowed to sell at any point anyway.
If it is Real Networks selling then it does not bother me
What can the company do with it
Let’s humour the idea that RN are orderly disposing shares through open market
That firstly means we paid around 15million for Napster
The real Grant Dollen effect would be if the company recoups £10m worth of shares at 2.2p
Not sure if it’s allowed or not but if I was CFO I would absorb shares back at this low price
If they dumping shares then basically we only paid around 16 million for Napster and that’s not bad
RealNetworks might be selling and good if they are
But suppressing but doesn’t make sense
They will have to suppress music to suppress Napster, customers don’t know or care about share price of product if its good
Either way it’s a massive buy
One thing nobody can fault EVRH team that they have always managed to find a corporate or B2B partner - and somehow they have always kept it extremely securely guarded.
Couple of things I wanted to see after the Napster acquisition have happened
But there are still few things I expect, a contract with Virgin Media group in UK
And someone poached from Big Tech to merge the two businesses
SP is annoying but am still very much inside my 5 years investment and yes I am buying
