I agree I was also buying VRS and BIDS I remember in BIDS major holder sold out at 10p I kept buying and sold @ 35p this is a bargain wish I had more to load up although got a nice amount already!

Company state profitable over $3k per bitcoin on current workings estimated £16m estimated profit estimated so PE of 10 its an 8 bagger PE of 10 is conservative

In the making and that no ramp! I forecast a conservative £2m revenue for February that’s a potential £22-24 annual revenue forecast and Mcap is £21m so that’s a negative PE never mind the PE of 10 that it should be minimum! When the market wakes up massive rerate due here!

Last TR1 from ME to say he was at 2.99% therefore you will not see another TR1 from him however he will still be selling that 2.99% but can’t have much left now! IMHO BTC will be $14-$15k at end of month!

I think the main problem/worry here is DT selling.... if Friday comes and no TR1’s then there’s a good chance it will go a lot higher but if a TR1 appears from DT with a larger sell then If I was invested I’d be very worried you will be about to see 3p again.

On JW selling what I will say is in his defence he always says if the story changes he will sell for me the story changed with the events of last week, this changed from being a risk free stock, low cash burn, placing done, news due on two fronts before end of Q1 to being a more of a gamble due to behaviour at board level inside trading etc

Now because it has become more of a gamble does not mean it’s a sell and JW hasn’t told anyone to sell it a decision for each investor I like Justin don’t like a gamble so sold others may hold and the gamble may may off but if more TR1’s appear from DT or NSP002 target is missed this will nose dive just the same as if NSP002 news lands and no TR1’s it will take off like a rocket but there’s the gamble it’s either do one or the other..

If your comfortable with that then don’t worry about what JW is doing

The story changed in BIDS also they never met there projected revenue target that they only confessed to at the end of the year after saying all year they were going to.

Look if BTC goes higher it’s more profit here simple a re rate will happen, currently there is a seller so not being valued correctly at present once seller has cleared and February trading update is released the market will no longer be able to hide the fundamentals and will cause a massive re rate! Based on £2m revenue per month this is currently valued at less than its annual revenue.... never mind a PE of at least 10 that it should be... that’s more than a 10 bagger

A golden cross is not far from happening with the 50ma and the 200ma this is massively bullish

The RSI is over 70 the last 2 times BTC went over 70 on RSI it did 50% rise from the price at the time

Revenue for January was £1.63m average BTC sold price of $8500...
February will see more Bitcoin mined with a higher price so if the average price is $10k that £2m revenue for feb and the current market cap of £20m lol

I’m of the understanding that they choose to only mine bitcoin and if they want to the machines can mine other crypto’s....
I think you’ll find BTC will have broke through $10,000 on Monday the chart for bitcoin couldn’t look anymore set up to go on a run first real resistance I see is $13,000 I believe over last few weeks it’s looked a lot less volatile finally!

I topped up here big time Wed Thursday because it’s massively undervalued due to seller and I feel people have been hesitant about BTC volatility however last time BTC was over $10k this was over 10p with a lot less machines!

I genuinely feel this needs to do 200% rise before it’s anywhere near valued correctly and then if BTC keeps rising FOM will take it even higher! All IMO

I think will see the back of seller as he can’t have much left now and BTC will push above $10,000 at which point this will start its much awaited and much deserved re rate.....

You have to just make your own judgment calls in these situations because bottom line is nobody knows other than the company....

I sold on the bounce yesterday over 6p but still took a £30k loss... ouch but have to take rough with smooth in stocks!

Have I made the right decision who knows they might get payment next week and nxp002 news may land...

However if it does I’m still happy with my decision because I’ve lost faith in the board reasons being

1) listen to Dans podcast in December and read the operational update I don’t believe he was being truthful in that podcast
2) Director basically sold some shares with inside knowledge and then didn’t report it for 2 weeks this clearly caused him to resign... was it for the simple reason that he had done that or is it deeper than that and we are yet to find out
3) He could now offload all his shares causing prolonged pain and misery for holders

For me there are too many unanswered questions and already £30k down was not prepared to hang around to find out rather move my money elsewhere where I’m more confident, one of my first lessons was that if I loose faith in BOD I’m out don’t get me wrong i wouldn’t have sold out at those silly prices in the morning but once back over 6p that was good enough for me!

I hope for you guys still invested I made the wrong decision and all comes good in coming weeks! GLA

Because if he needed to pay a bill he can’t wait the fact it’s happened before news is more positive it’s a small amount and he hasn’t sold into a rise!!!
