To be fair to Justin he said don’t buy as he thought it would drop back to 10p which it did he certainly never said sell he said he wishes he have bought more and then confirmed this week he had bought more..
As for XSG he’s always said he likes the tech but not the fact ceo has no skin in the game unlike our man Dan....

Fully agree seller at this level is good get them out the way then when seller is finished (next week at this rate) news will come out and this will fly!! Big sellers like this creates a coiled spring effect as soon as they finished spring is released...

If the warrants expired on 16th they can’t have been converted on 24th also mr millers warrants are at 4p in the same RNS makes me think they are 100% his and I agree it could be anyone selling but again the large late sells being reported I’m very confident they are his

The fact that Mr Miller is selling part or all of his shares mean nothing to me firstly in this situation it’s perfecty normal for investors like him to sell the shares take profit and then he’s sitting on the warrants for the main prize see this a lot.
Secondly his personal circumstances could have changed since May and he needs some money..
I was invested in BIDS earlier this year and I remember we had a big holder selling into the rise at 10p... I sold at 35p different people work on different margins and risks...

I’m very confident this will hit 40p + on deal announcement

That figure in AGM RNS is incorrect and that’s because the RNS in May was incorrect....

1) the may RNS is purely stating that they have exchanged the debt for loan notes the which is 8.7m shares and then they have the same amount of shares available in warrants for the warrants they have to pay the company 4p per share so if they convert all of them the company will get approx £350k cash which is good
2) the RNS last week if you read the 1st and 2nd paragraph is confirming what I’m saying above that they have received notification that the loan notes have now been converted into shares along with 250k warrants that have been converted also the date of the warrants was the 24th and the date of the loan notes being converted was yesterday although some of these will have been forward sold since last friday.

It’s not plenty of sellers it’s the loan note conversion shares being sold! They will be gone by next week at this rate! Some high volume going through and I’d rather them sell now before new so it’s free to go on news!
