What is the point of being so insulting? It just clutters the board. I've been a small investor here for years and like to read comments and make my own judgements. It's not just you but I despair that many people exist on line to just have some petty points scoring.
As far as I can see Planning Permission was granted last Friday.

Ha! So many of us here have probably been 'really early' investors, two years plus for me. Sadly seen this too many times before to get excited. The review RNS offers some good prospects as does this Statkraft announcement but in the past it then goes quiet for 6 months and the SP dies the death of a thousand cuts until it gets a kicking. Fingers crossed though which is the only research I believe at the moment. To be honest though I am actually a little bit excited which is why this stock is addictive (and has cost me as much as a few kilos of white stuff).
I hate this stock, it annoys me, frustrates me and loses me money. The company is appalling at communication and doesn't treat small shareholders well. But I live in hope and follow this bulletin board to glean as much information as possible. But way too many people bicker and use it as a platform for opinions about each other whilst boosting themselves. I guess that's just the Internet and human beings and we have to live with it. But can some of you manage some restraint and try and limit your comments to facts and opinions about the company. If you have worked hard to get a fact, please reference it (as several do) so that we can all then absorb it and decide. if you disagree with it then show some evidence. We might all be fat, ugly and stupid but so what? And being a hypocrite here is something off piste you could digest https://www.ted.com/talks/shawn_achor_the_happy_secret_to_better_work?language=en#t-665847
Sure, nothing special but it seemed like some posters hadn't seen it like that. And that was one of my points that this an infrastructure sale not a sale of boxes.
There is a large pool of investors looking to invest in energy projects. Apart from general reading I discussed this yesterday with someone working on development of small modular reactors and they can call on money but the issue there is development and licencing. IMO for redT they will not be the borrower, the German company and others will borrow to buy the kit and operate the infrastructure. The investment returns will be from energy trading not the VRFBs. The investor will look at the model for energy trading and not worry about redT other than verifying that the kit works. redT is introducing the finance to the end user and will I assume have persuaded the investors about the validity of the product - that is the value added - a new customer does not have to go through that process. There are many aspects to energy storage and up to now the sales seem to have been about off grid, cost reduction or energy security but this contract is about energy trading on a grid scale. Germany is stuffed because of it's green energy policy and has been forced to create this market but it is likely to be adopted elsewhere. I have reservations about Scott but I do think he is enthusiastic and I do think the team behind him are good. He is driving financial models and marketing for sales and I feel the underlying product team can deliver. I do feel that if they get even one more order like the German one though they will have to be bought or merge just to handle the admin. Of course this might all be rubbish and the finance never arrives - hey ho. P.S I did go to the AGM, nice sandwiches.
I'll be there for this pm, will let you know what I hear. I think they have a stand too. Anyone else there want to say hello? - Late 50's jeans, green jacket, light grey jumper, beige shoes. No it's not a date.
This bulletin board is about RedT and not the posters. Can the many of you that get so easily offended by another's comments please take a deep breath and use your energies on something else. There are several questions and comments that I would like to place but avoid it because of the inevitable carping that will occur. The usefulness of the web just gets devalued.
