Wake up Britain the EU have offered a crap deal (which most thought they would) and it is only going to get worse, when we triggered A50 we should have told the EU we are coming out on 29th March 2019, you have 2 years to give us a deal we will look at and see if it's acceptably to all parties, in the mean time we will be talking trade deals with other countries outside the EU during that time.

Strange how we now have politicians from all parties (cross party ) putting a lot of effort in to getting brexit stopped/delayed, it really does make you wonder why these same cross party politicians couldn't do the same for the voters of this country who won a democratic vote to leave the EU and the Customs Union.

Maybe you remainers should ask the government to put back another peoples vote until 2030 that way many of the older generation will have passed away and you'll have several million more spotty face kids to win your argument.

These young kids can't be4 bothered to get off their X box's to go and vote, we oldies know the importance of voting where as many young people bellyache after the event, "there voting our future away" well if you feel so aggrieved about it why didn't you make your votes count.

Not having a go Snige but I believe the brexit situation is far more important to the majority of working people than the Lloyd's share price or any other share price come to that.

And yes I have voted Labour all my life and fancy the utilities and railways being take back into public ownership, but on brexit I strongly disagree with the Labour parties stance.

If we are to consider the evidence then you have to question the people who are supplying that evidence, and what they are basing that evidence upon, as there has been no precedent set so their predictions are based on what they believe will happen, just as the leave side tell us how beneficial brexit will be in the future.

No one knows what the future holds, the Bank of England Governor Mark Carney made all sorts of outrageous statements which have not happened, the IMF the same clams that were not seen to happen.

If a brexiteer had been in charge of negotiations they would have started by telling the EU negotiators were leaving the EU and Customs Union in March 2019, we are quite prepared to listen to what you have to offer, but in the mean time we will be talking trade deals with countries outside the EU.
Instead we have a remainer doing the negotiations who will go down in history as the PM who sold out on democracy.

Theresa May says the EU don't want to keep us locked into the back stop any longer than required, if that is the case let Theresa May go back and tell the EU drop the clause saying we both have to agree (as they dont want to keep us in) and the UK decides when we exit the back stop, that would get support of many the vast majority of MPs and IMO the 17 million + who voted for leaving will also be happy.
Just the one problem the Eu will not allow that to happen.

As the so called agreement stands now we have no control of when we can withdraw from the back stop that is in the EU's hands, so for me "Plan B" if there is no agreement in Parliament, we decide when the back stop is implemented and not the EU, or we pull the plug.

EU migration was not the problem, just before the Referendum vote the figure on net migration was 320,000 with around 120,000 being EU who we have NO control over yet the 200,000 + were non EU migrants mainly from the Indian subcontinent who we have control over, the EU migration was not a problem, IMO.

May is correct when she quotes its a deal that will make both camps happy the leavers are getting what the wanted with regards border, immigration, taking control of our laws ETC up to a point.
The remainers are happy because if the EU don't allow us to exit the "Back Stop" we remain under the influence of the EU with no say going forward, it's a joke of a deal but unfortunately once this deal gets voted down because it has to, Parliament has two options tell her to go back and at least get the "Back Stop" back under our control we decide when we want to exit or we have a no deal which I can't see happening.

Sorry Mrs May you know the old saying "say it often enough and people will believe it" I doubt very much that will be the case with your backstop agreement, you are fooling no one and it will not get through Parliament in it's present state.
If a back stop is required the UK are the ones who decide when we come out of it not the EU.
