The EU have told us many times during the negotiations to leave the EU are and want to stay very close friends of the UK, if that is the case I wouldn't like the EU to be our enemies, they couldn't organise a p!ss up in a brewery, they had orders in the same time as the UK last May, but because of their EU bureaucracy AstraZeneca did not get confirmed orders until October.

The two sides have not had enough time to sort our leaving out here's a proposal by the EU commission going forward, you've got to love the fishing proposal :
Fisheries: A proposal for a Regulation to create the appropriate legal framework until 31 December 2021, or until a fisheries agreement with the UK has been concluded – whichever date is earlier – for continued reciprocal access by EU and UK vessels to each other's waters after 31 December 2020. In order to guarantee the sustainability of fisheries and in light of the importance of fisheries for the economic livelihood of many communities, it is necessary to facilitate the procedures of authorisation of fishing vessels.
And if they don't get a fisheries agreement concluded with the UK it just continues, why would they agree to anything less than they have now with regards fishing.
Come on Boris you have the EU by the b***;s they cant allow you to walk without a fisheries deal the French and other EU fishermen will be up in arms.
Lets not forget Sleepy Joe :
Due to this deferment he was accused of draft dodging. Joe Biden, a former U.S. vice president and senator who vied for the Democratic Party presidential nomination in 2020, as well as earlier in his career, was excused from military service in 1968 because of asthma as a teenager.
As far as the new withdrawal agreement is concerned we are not breaking any international agreement until it is implemented, and as Boris said there would have been no need for a different worded withdrawal document if the EU hadn't threatened the UK with borders with regards Northern Ireland.
By the time the EU get a verdict on this situation the UK will have a very good idea of where we stand deal or no deal.
It looks like Barnier and the EU are now taking us seriously :
"THE UK secured a major Brexit victory today as the EU finally blinked on its trade deal demands.
The EU is now ready to drop its demands for broad agreement on the areas of divergence before drafting a trade text - something the EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier had initially refused to do.
Mr Barnier has now confirmed he will begin working on draft legislation - a clear indication Brussels wants a deal agreed as soon as possible.
The EU has also sensationally backed down from its threat to suspend trade talks over the UK’s controversial Internal Market Bill.
No tariff agreement and you can share our fishing waters, that's for a price of course negotiated on an annual basis.
