Mr Martini not sure if I heard exactly that (but memory may have let me down), I suspect any agreement is based on negotiation by the parties involved, an example must be the Horseshoe consortium deal, Great Bear in a very weak position, no money but having to drill by 30th May next year and Otto fully committed elsewhere which meant a good deal could be done, if our 3D and cash position is sufficient guess we may be able to negotiate a better deal for us, we are not under the pressure GBP were in.

ABLE yes a lot will tell you that 88E is finished, a dog of a share and DW is not to be trusted, only two reasons I can believe and they both involve getting the SP down.
1) short term traders who need volatility - Just at the pumping gang last week, never seen on here again well at least under the same names.
2) longer term investors who have sold and want to get back in cheap for the conventional and farm out possibilities.
Its a tough old world.
