As for placement price, heard lots of versions of the "truth", even if 1p no doubt there will be commission but does anyone really know.

I accept that those are minimal entitlements and a better deal than the options.

Each Director's relevant interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company at the date of this document and their Open Offer Entitlement is set out in the table below. Each of the Directors intend to take up their Open Offer Entitlement in full.
Do not think they can renege on that statement.

Cjml unfortunately this is a long game, we for what ever reason(s) very much concentrated our efforts on HRZ during the early years and many investors who are still here invested solely on the HRZ story, we now have a diverse conventional portfolio that will begin to be proved up within the next 120 days or so.
Yes I guess we could have bought our way into existing project as very much junior partners with ultimately little control of our destiny but that comes with its own risks, look at Otto who bought into Great Bear some 3 years ago and have seen absolutely nothing because of the inactivity of their partner and very definitely we would not see the returns we all hope for ultimately.
Either way we need money, we have no income how else is DW to raise money other than via the routes he is using, think DW has explained his position on a number of occasions, he does not like dilution either.
What happens if we have no money, not much that's good.
Stay appy and hope you can stay patient.
